I just bought the penn 114H2LW reel. Its rated for 80/360 LBS./YDS. Mono will that be okay for Albacore tuna, sturgen, maybe yellow fin tuna

I would strongly suggest that you read all you can about that particular model. You want to do what is right for it to offer you the flexibility and durability you need while fishing. You don’t want to do anything with it that is going to affect the warranty. You should be able to use braided line with it and not have any problems at all.
I have never used this particular model myself but I have heard some great things about it. I would love to hear back from you about what you find out. Information can also be found by submitting some forum questions to those that personally own this model. Then you can get some great info that the manufacturer likely won’t share.

    i also bought 114hlw penn reel & mariner stand up rod ( 50 to 100 lbs)……….
    i wanted to spool it with braided line , 130 lbs or 150 lbs ,,
    is this lines fit my reel ? , in the page of the reel they only talk about the 130 lbs & nothing about 150lbs…….
