Are there videos available somewhere so I can learn how to catch fish in the saltwater oceans?

I have fished for over 50 years.. local and tuna trips in summer…have always been confused about the best time to fish according to to moon….Ive heard when moon is full bad caise fish see a night and eat more….Thanks

Can you tell me a simple saltwater fishing rigging that is pretty universal and will catch most small and medium sized fish?

I used to see the old guys fishing for snook off of low piers at Marco Island Fl in the late 70′s with a homemade rig.
